UAE first, not UAE-compatible
WPS files, gratuity on both regimes, DEWS, visa pipelines and MOHRE handling are the product, not a localisation pack bolted onto a system designed for somewhere else.
Company
We are building the HR platform we thought the UAE should already have: one product that runs payroll, people and compliance in-country, with AI that can be put in front of an auditor.
Almost every HR system sold in the region was designed for somewhere else and adapted afterwards. You can see it in the seams: gratuity handled by a custom field, WPS handled by an export to a spreadsheet, visa tracking handled by a reminder in someone's calendar. The work still gets done — by people, manually, at the end of every month.
KLEDHR starts from the other end. The payroll engine, the gratuity regimes, the WPS file and the visa pipeline are the core of the product rather than the localisation layer, and the AI sits on top of a record that already knows what an establishment card is.
We are a small team, based in Dubai, and we would rather be specific about a hard market than generic about an easy one.

Forty-plus capabilities across five surfaces, each attached to a job someone currently does by hand. We don't ship a chat box and call it AI-native.
Generated queries are shown before they run. Screening reasoning is visible per candidate. A calculation always shows its basis. If it can't be inspected, it shouldn't be trusted.
The AI can draft, rank, explain and navigate. Anything that changes data waits for an explicit human confirmation, and lands in the same audit trail as a human action.
Every record is held in-country on Azure UAE North, with per-tenant database isolation rather than row-level separation. That answer shouldn't need a follow-up email.
129 features across 30 modules under one permission model — because the AI layer is only useful if it can reach everything, and reconciliation between systems is where HR teams lose their week.
KLEDHR is at version 1: 129 features across 30 modules, with the AI surfaces live. We are working with early customers rather than publishing a logo wall, and the honest reason is that a logo wall at this stage would be marketing rather than evidence.
What we will do instead is show you the product on your own payroll month — your entities, your leave policy, your trickiest gratuity case — and let that be the argument. If you want the architecture pack for a security review first, ask and we'll send it before any call.
Email reaches a person, not a queue: hello@kledhr.com. We work Sunday to Thursday, UAE hours, and reply within one business day. If you would rather write it all down first, the contact form reaches the same place.
A 30-minute walkthrough on a tenant we spin up for the call — bring your trickiest gratuity or WPS case.
