Applied AI
Five production surfaces on one governed runtime. The work is less about model choice than about making generated output inspectable, cost-capped and safe to let near a payroll record.
UAE payroll & compliance
Someone who has run WPS files in anger, argued a gratuity calculation and knows where DIFC and ADGM diverge. This knowledge is the product; we would rather have it in-house than in a consultant's invoice.
Customer engineering
Implementation as an engineering discipline: migrating a group's history, running parallel payroll cycles, and being the person who catches the mismatch before the client does.
Design
Interfaces dense with real data — payslips, rosters, org trees — that still have to be usable by a site supervisor on a phone in bright sun.
Something we haven't listed
If you can point at a part of this product and say precisely what you would make better, that is a stronger application than a matching job title.
How we work
- Based in Dubai, working Sunday to Thursday on UAE hours.
- Small enough that whoever builds a thing owns it in production.
- We ship to real payroll runs, which sets the standard for how carefully.
- Written arguments over meetings — most decisions on this product exist as a paragraph explaining why.
