Product updates

What shipped and when, starting at version 1. Written for the person who has to use the change, not for the release notes.

  1. Platform

    Arabic interface, right to left

The product chrome — navigation, forms, tables and the mobile app shell — now renders in Arabic with a full right-to-left layout. Body content follows as it is translated; an untranslated string shows in English rather than as a missing-key placeholder, so nothing breaks mid-rollout.

  2. AI

    Payslip & End-of-Service Explainer

Employees can now ask why a payslip differs from last month and get the actual calculation back — the components, the contract basis and the rule applied. It reads from the payroll engine rather than recalculating, so the explanation and the payment can't disagree.

    • Gratuity projection on request, with unpaid-leave periods excluded from service.
    • Available in self-service and in the mobile app, in the employee's own scope.
  3. AI

Report Builder shows its query before it runs

The natural-language Report Builder now displays the generated query for review before execution, and saves it with the report. Ask the same question next month and you get the same query, not a new interpretation of the words.

    • Scheduled delivery, run in the recipient's permission scope.
    • Observations surfaced alongside the result and labelled as generated.
  4. AI

Recruitment Co-pilot, with the reasoning on show

CV screening against a requisition, ranked with the reasoning visible per candidate so a shortlist can be challenged. Name, nationality, gender and age are excluded from ranking signals — enforced in the product rather than left as a setting.

    • Plain-language search across every CV ever received.
    • Advancing or rejecting remains a human action, and is logged as one.
  5. Core HR

    Generative Document Studio

Offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, contracts and warning letters drafted from a plain-English ask, on your letterhead, with salary figures locked to the payroll record. Drafts still route through whatever approval chain you've defined — the AI writes, it doesn't issue.

  6. Mobile

Native mobile app on iOS and Android

Employee self-service in a real native app rather than a wrapped website, because geofenced punches, camera capture and biometric sign-in need genuine device access.

    • Geofenced attendance validated against site boundaries, captured offline and reconciled on reconnect.
    • Payslips, balances, requests and documents in the employee's own scope.
    • Push for approvals, announcements and payslip drops.
  7. Payroll

    KLEDHR version 1

The first production release: 129 features across 30 modules on one stack and one permission model, with the UAE payroll engine at the centre of it.

    • Full in-product payroll with WPS/SIF generation and validation before submission.
    • Gratuity and end-of-service on both the pre- and post-2022 regimes, plus DEWS for DIFC entities.
    • Multi-entity org model, per-tenant database isolation and UAE data residency on Azure UAE North.
