Core HR suite

Talent & performance

Twelve features across recruitment, performance and development — including a screening co-pilot whose reasoning you can read, and which never sees name, nationality, gender or age.

Recruitment in the UAE has a particular shape: high applicant volume, a large share of overseas candidates, and a hiring decision that carries visa cost and notice-period risk with it.

KLEDHR covers the pipeline from requisition to offer, then hands the accepted candidate to onboarding as a record rather than a re-typed form — and keeps performance and development attached to the same person afterwards.

Recruitment pipeline

Requisitions with approval, stages, interview scheduling and offer generation, ending in a joiner who is already an employee record.

Screening you can audit

The Recruitment Co-pilot ranks CVs against the requisition and shows its reasoning per candidate, so a shortlist can be challenged.

Signals excluded by design

Name, nationality, gender and age are excluded from ranking signals. That's a property of the product, not a setting to remember.

Search every CV you have

Plain-language search across every CV ever received — the pipeline you already paid for, made usable.

Performance management

Objectives, check-ins and reviews on a cycle you define, with the review calendar tracked rather than chased.

Training & development

Training records, certifications and expiry — which for licensed and site roles is a compliance record, not a nice-to-have.

Visible reasoning, or it doesn't ship

Screening is the highest-risk place to put AI in an HR product: it decides who gets considered. We took the position that a ranking you cannot inspect is not usable in hiring, so the reasoning is shown per candidate and the excluded signals are enforced in the product.

  • Ranking explained against the requisition's stated criteria.
  • Name, nationality, gender and age excluded from the signals.
  • The shortlist is a recommendation; the decision and the record stay with the hiring manager.
  • Every AI-assisted step is logged in the same audit trail as everything else.

Questions we get asked

Does the AI reject candidates automatically?
No. It ranks and explains. Advancing or rejecting is always a human action, and it's logged as one.
Can we run performance reviews on a custom cycle?
Yes — cycles, forms and rating scales are configured per entity, including continuous check-ins instead of an annual round.
