Legal
Terms of use
The rules that apply when you use this website, and how they relate to the separate agreement that governs the KLEDHR platform itself.
Template pending legal review
This document is a working draft written to be a sensible starting point for a UAE SaaS company. It has not been reviewed by counsel and should not be published as-is. Last updated 17 August 2026.
1. These terms, and the ones that matter more
These terms govern your use of kledhr.com (the “site”), operated by Kled AI from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Access to the KLEDHR platform is not governed by this page. It is governed by the master subscription agreement and order form signed between Kled and the customer organisation, together with the data-processing agreement attached to it. Where this page and that agreement conflict, that agreement wins.
2. Using the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site in breach of UAE law or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, platform or infrastructure, or probe or scan it without written permission.
- Interfere with availability — including denial-of-service attempts and disproportionate automated traffic.
- Scrape or systematically extract content for the purpose of building a competing product or training a model, without our written consent.
- Submit anyone else’s personal data through our forms without a lawful basis for doing so.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@kledhr.com rather than disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects the limits above.
3. Demonstrations on this site
The product tour, the Ask HR conversation, the dashboards and the end-of-service estimator on this site are illustrative demonstrations. They run on fabricated tenant data and are not connected to any live system.
The estimator and any figures shown are general illustrations of UAE labour-law mechanics, not legal, tax or accounting advice, and must not be relied on for an actual settlement. Verify any real calculation against the governing law and your own advisers.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its content, design, and the Kled and KLEDHR names and marks are owned by Kled AI or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation. Any other copying, republication or commercial use requires our written permission.
Third-party names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are referenced descriptively.
5. If you send us ideas
We welcome feedback. If you send us suggestions about the product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them without obligation or compensation. Please do not send us confidential information through the site’s forms.
6. Availability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Platform availability commitments, where they exist, live in the subscription agreement.
7. Links out
Where we link to third-party sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Kled AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
