Records & contracts
One employee record carrying personal details, contract terms, grade, salary structure and every document that supports them, with full version history.
Core HR suite
Twenty-two features covering the whole arc — offer, onboarding, contract renewals, transfers, document expiry and a clean offboarding with the end-of-service number already calculated.
The lifecycle is where UAE HR differs most from the systems built for elsewhere. A joiner needs a labour contract, an Emirates ID, a residence visa and a bank account before they can legally be paid, and each of those has its own expiry that will eventually land back on the HR team's desk.
KLEDHR treats the lifecycle as a sequence of states with documents attached to each, rather than as a folder of PDFs. The consequence is that expiry is a property of the record — the system knows a labour card lapses in forty days, and it tells someone.
One employee record carrying personal details, contract terms, grade, salary structure and every document that supports them, with full version history.
Fixed-term contract renewals, salary revisions and inter-entity transfers as tracked processes with approvals — not fields quietly edited in place.
Passport, Emirates ID, labour card, residence visa and any custom document type, each with its own notice period and escalation path.
Templated by role and entity: IT assets, seat, induction, policy acknowledgements. The new joiner completes their share in self-service before day one.
Resignation or termination runs a checklist and produces the end-of-service calculation, final settlement and clearance in the same flow.
Probation end dates are watched rather than remembered, with the review and the confirmation letter generated from the same event.
Nearly every UAE compliance failure we see at the HR layer traces back to a date nobody was watching. Documents expire on their own schedule, renewals need lead time, and the penalty for a lapse lands on the employer.
Offboarding is where records, payroll and legal exposure meet. Running it as a checklist that ends in a calculated settlement means the last payslip, the gratuity figure and the clearance are produced from one process.
